The outdoor area is designed to fully enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle, featuring a fantastic barbecue area and outdoor dining table, ideal for meals and evenings by the pool.

Inside, you will find a cozy living and dining room with fireplace, air conditioning, and elegant decoration that creates a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The house also offers heating throughout the property, ensuring maximum comfort at any time of the year.

The villa features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an additional guest toilet on the ground floor. Two bedrooms have double beds, while the third bedroom includes bunk beds and a double sofa bed, making it ideal for families or groups. On the upper floor, there is also a lovely sitting area with incredible mountain views, a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and an additional family bathroom.

Private parking is available inside the property under a covered pergola.

Located in a very quiet area with excellent access to the motorway, the villa is perfectly situated to explore some of Andalusia’s most beautiful destinations: the Tropical Coast is only 30 minutes away, Granada city 30 minutes, and Sierra Nevada ski resort approximately 50 minutes away.
