The room provided is literally in the middle of a carpark. Many days and nights I had to squeeze between two parked cars to get in the front door. The staff gave a lecture about how I should not book through Expedia and I should book through the Marriott website. This was poor service. Since checking out, I have requested a receipt for payment four times both directly to the hotel as well as through the expedia app. I have gotten no response. This is poor customer service.

The staff were abrupt. The decor tired, we were told checking in the room would be refreshed every 4 days. We were only staying 2 so no problem but to only have half a toilet roll was terrible. Chairs very lumpy and room stuffy. Felt like an old peoples home

Stayed for Christmas shopping, shops disappointing but the hotel more than made up for it. All staff we interacted with were welcoming, smiley and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful and our evening meal in the restaurant was lovely. Bonus was the parking and late check out. Would definitely stay again if in that area.

Great room really nice overall good hotel Only negative went down for breakfast and cooked was not very hot. On last day after I had my food wither said to someone else would you like omelette or porridge. I would have chosen this. Otherwise very good will be back. handy for restaurants
