It was more than we expected, especially since we booked it at the last minute. It was very warm and welcoming. The overall impression you get when you enter is-classy. It was clean and everything we needed was provided. Gigi was very responsive and helpful with whatever we needed. We will be returning to South Carolina in the near future and will most definitely try to stay here again.
My boyfriend and I stayed here for about a month. First, the positives...the property was clean and tidy. For the negatives...if you dont mind excessive barking and confrontational dogs on neighboring properties, this place is for you. Also, the bathroom was small and ran out of hot water after a while. Also, Gigi accused of us smoking in the unit - I am asthmatic and my boyfriend has never touched a cigarette in his life. When I pressed Gigi to explain, she replied with, "I just have to ask these days". Like what???? We didn't even get an apology. Also, we could hear running from the unit attached to us. AND, to top it off, the neighbor next door (to the right), had her huge dog run up to my boyfriend and aggressively bark at him. My partner could have been bitten (plus the dog leaving the neighbors' property technically broke the law too - he wasn't even leashed)! The neighborhood is full of dogs and they will bark late into the night and keep you awake, especially if you are a light sleeper. We will not be staying here again.
I fell in love with this little house immediately. It was very clean and decorated and stocked so well. Bed was very comfortable. Gigi was very accommodating also. We were visiting our daughter who lives in a small apartment so it was nice having our own place to relax.
Visiting because Worlds Junior Baseball Championship
We were 100% satisfied. Very clean, well stocked for a weeks stay, king size bed very comfortable. Good location. Gigi communicated with us immediately when we asked questions. We have nothing negative to say. Definitely would recommend might even want to come back if grandson plays in Worlds again next year!!!
