The Casita is located in the garden of the main house and it was lovely. Privacy isn't an issue since there are blinds and windows that can be closed or opened, depending on you, The Casita itself is super charming and has all of the amenities. Cabo Pulmo is a one-road village and the Casita is walking distance to all eateries, shops, and dive shops.
We had a fantastic time staying at the Casita Suite in Cabo Pulmo. The casita itself is lovely- the decor is festive but not overdone and the bathroom is spacious and super cool with mosaic tiling. The surrounding garden is lush and beautiful and there's a porch out front for morning coffee. The owners' home is adjacent to the casita and they are so friendly and easily reachable for any needs (we had none as everything was taken care of already). You can walk to local restaurants and the beach for a swim or renting a boat for amazing snorkeling and diving. Cabo Pulmo is a sandy, relaxed, tiny town- come here to get off the grid and reset your inner tempo in a beautiful little house. We are so glad we did!
Enchanting as advertised. Private setting. Friendly hosts. Minimalust kitchen. Central location. Occasional night time noise from nearby plant and early surf get aways
It was about what I expected although a little darker. Convenient location with a 2 minute walk to beach. Comfy, firm bed. A little small but certainly adequate.
Wow, this place was completely amazing!!! Right smack in the center of everything (tiny town) so easy to get anywhere but utterly totally peaceful when you are there. Owners spared nothing on the details of the design and the experience...and the local liaison Junior was so extremely helpful. I'd go back in a heartbeat.
The property was beautifully and artistically designed. Diane's influence was in every detail. The wind was howling the whole 5 days we were there which made water activities not possible. So we read, went on walks and ate out, mostly at Los Caballeros where Adrian makes the most delicious margaritas. Don't miss Pepe's too! Bring your own decaf coffee. And teas. What was in the room was not good. Expect higher prices at the restaurants than in Cabo San Lucas. Just about everything has to be trucked in but we loved supporting the local economy. The people are friendly and the lovely feel is like small town Mexico đČđœ.

Ultimately relaxing stay in a characterful place
Diane and Rob's property in Cabo Pulmo is completely unique - they have designed and built a beautiful place, covered in art and with an exquisitely diverse garden (they are both Botanists by education!). We had the pleasure of staying in the Casita suite, a separate building next to but very private from the main house, whilst Diane and Rob were in residence. They were excellent hosts - guiding our stay and making us feel very welcome. Very much recommended - we are hoping to send our families and friends their way!
