My stay at this hotel was okay overall — not great, but not terrible either. The room was clean and comfortable, but a few things could have been better. The service was average, and the staff seemed polite. Breakfast and amenities were fine, nothing special. Overall, it’s a decent place for a short stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Was so dirty we checked out the 1st day of our 4 day stay. We were promised a refund and 4 days later still no update. Do not stay here.

The bathroom had not been cleaned at all. Tub still had soap from prior occupant, toothpaste in sink, floors were filthy. The bed linens were badly stained. Floors throughout were in very unclean condition.

The entire floor in our room was sticky. The type of sticky like someone spilled juice on the ground and just grabbed a wet wash cloth and spread it everywhere. You could hear and feel your shoes stick with each step. It was so bad that we didn’t even step on the floor in our socks because we were afraid they would get stuck to floor. The door to our room was warped and had about an inch gap along the left of the frame that you could see through. Dead bugs on the ground in our room. Didn’t seem like it was cleaned at all.

The room appeared clean. The hallways, floors, doors, high touch areas were grungy and stained. It doesn’t seem to have been cleaned or cared for in probably years. The grout was all stained and discolored, the carpets needed to be steam cleaned, windows needed to be cleaned. Doors open loudly, are stuck and show signs of rust.

First--the staff was GREAT!! No issues with them. Normally, I would write this type of review, but management needs to be aware Key cards were hit & miss-wouldn't work most of the time. Only 1 trash can in room. No "Do not disturb" signs Phone in room didn't work. So, if there was in issue with room (there was) we had to go to the front desk. Floors, in room, had not been mopped in a while, very dirty When 1 of the beds was turned down there was blood on the sheet. Staff brought new (clean sheets). Shower worked very well. We stayed 2 nights, no one came to the room to collect trash or dirty linens until after 4PM. We put everything in the hall so they would see it.

The update from hotels.com gave us a heads up the hotel was being renovated and assured us an updated room. It had been painted and beds were comfortable, but the bathroom has black mold in the corners and in the shower. The toilet didn't flush properly.

Great hotel but doing renovations

I stay here often and I leave a review after every stay!! This one wasn’t so pleasant. The first night I checked in after scanning through the room I noticed a dirty cloth in the shower. No big deal things get missed! The shower had still had soap residue from the prior stay. The bed and everything else was ok. Clean liner room was clean. Went to shower the tub was so slippery I fell! But I overlooked it and Finally went to go to sleep and my first nights I was woken by loud banging on the bedroom doors! Not KNOCKS! BANGING! Scared me out my sleep! Never have I ever had this happen either one of my prior stays. They’re doing maintenance so I was woken up with them doing work on the rooms. By 8 or 9 am! The last day was the worst! The work they were doing started around 8am and kept waking me up. We get out of work late and don’t go to sleep as soon as we get in. So we tried to sleep in which wasn’t possible at all! Then we went to shower before check out and the water was off.. needless to say this stay wasn’t my best.
