Hotel in a great Location.no problem parking the car. The room i was in was really hot no air con only a fan. Had window open all night then all you can hear is staff talking and empty bottles being tipped in the recycling bin a couple times at 1.15am and 2am

Very Poor experience. I book a sea view room, but can only see very little of the sea. And you need to pay for internet

Such a tiny small room no windows. Toilet wouldn’t work , asked for another room wouldn’t allow it ended up staying else where

Nail cutting on the carpet floor complained said they had cleaned room went back so got refund and left everywhere was dirty not going they again

This Hotel is rubbish, Dirty windows. Dust everywhere. Disgusting dirty bathroom. Stains and dirt everywhere not forgetting the pubic hair as a added extra to this pit...! Mold in bathroom. Needs up dating urgently. Carpet filthy. Pillows stained. No disability rooms available. Carpark to small, No spaces.

Executive room with sea view for 2 night

Pros: A hint of glamour from the past - long gone
Cons: update it and sack the cleaners
Location: great location, 5 minutes walk from the centre
Day 1. Room large, nice sea view but inside window rotten all over with very clear lips, hands & face stains on the inside. All room surfaces were coated with a thick layer of dust. Chairs & cushions tired & dirty, lamp shades frayed. Bathroom dirty, soap scum in soap holder, white stains (?) down back & front of door, water taps too powerful. Bath plug wouldn't open to drain water (old). After a long trip all we wanted to do was settle, watch a bit of tv & sleep. There was no internet and thus no t.v - all night. Day 2. Went to reception and complained, asked them to clean the room properly. No apology was received from the duty manager. Returned that eve, windows still dirty, white stain from inside removed but not outside, soap scum still there but room dusted. Clearly the hotel used to be majestic but not now, it needs serious updating, painting, improving and to sack the cleaners!
