The hotel has a great location on the seafront yet near to restaurants and bars in town . Staff were lovely. Our room however, although clean really needed the furniture updating. It was also far too hot but on request we were pleased to have a fan provided which helped. It was great to have a side sea view. We didn’t eat there but the bar service was good.

The hotel is located in a good spot on the seafront. The staff are very helpful and attentive. Jameson the manager was great in supporting me eoth getting things for me dye to my mobility concerns.

I have mobility problems and my friend and I were put on the fourth floor. Unfortunately the bathroom was so small the toilet was stuck between the toilet roll and the shower with hardly any room to move so I couldn't use the shower also the width between the wall and shower was the size of the wash basin. I think my hall cupboard was bigger than that bathroom. The actual bedroom was ok but very hot being at the top of the building. Would not like to stay in that room for more Thane one night.

Great position on seafront. Single room on top floor, a bit hot, but a fan was quickly supplied on request. Over -friendly seagull rather annoying tapping on my window on 4 or 5 occasions! Another guest must’ve fed it. Comfy bed, reasonable Wi-Fi (not great), breakfast good, especially tasty sausage (after I sent it back because pink inside). Overall, good value. All staff were pleasant and helpful.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were brilliant. There was renovation work going on in the hotel next door which caused noise. Because of the age of the hotel there were some very creaky floorboards, both in our room and the room above us.
