Laundry room, third bedroom, and second living space with queen murphy bed and kitchenette in basement. Multiple beds in upstairs bedrooms and basement murphy bed provide sleeping space for up to 12. Sliding doors from walkout basement with direct lake access. Fishing and cove swimming off shared docks and beach area. Kayaks, Big Green Egg grill, and beach chairs available. Close to restaurants and Publix grocery store. Only 1 min to Hwy. 44 and 15 mins to I-20. 5 mins to Cuscowilla Golf, 10 mins to Reynolds Golf and 1.25 hours to Augusta Masters!

Lake Oconee Condo

The property was perfect and actually probably better than advertised. The location was convenient to restaurants and shopping as well as a wonderful lakefront location. We will definitely look to return soon.
