Good location and walkable to various places. This is not a resort, so ditch the “resort fee”. Just be truthful and increase the base rate, if you need to charge more.

Oxbow, No go

We were given a room in the motel building. The room smelled of mold. Very unpleasant. Parking was not available because they allow the restaurant visitors to park in the lot for those rooms. It is next to a busy highway and is very noisy. The restaurant is excellent and we loved the live music - but ughhh! The motel rooms leave much to be desired. The main building may be better but I won’t be back to find out.

Great service on checkin, very informative and friendly. Nice cozy overall. Bed was comfy and property was well kept overall. Carpeting in room could definitely use replacing. Definitely recommend. Great location but parking was slightly challenging.

We had a great experience at this hotel. We borrowed the bikes and enjoyed the trails that are very nearby. The location of the hotel is excellent for walking to restaurants and venues. We.would definitely stay here again. Minor, minor complaints would be there is no free water in the lobby, and the free coffee is terrible. But there is a really good coffee shop nearby!
