Das Haus liegt sehr zentral in Ebeltoft, allerdings direkt an einer stark befahrenen Durchgangsstraße, was man berücksichtigen sollte. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es aber recht ruhig. ​Küche und Badezimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Leider fehlt es im gesamten Haus etwas an Ablage Möglichkeiten. Im Bad muss das Duschgel auf den Boden gestellt werden und auch der Platz für Handtücher ist sehr überschaubar. ​Falls der Wasserzähler abgelesen werden muss. Der Zähler befindet sich draußen beim Parkplatz unter einer schweren, runden Bodenplatte im Boden. ​Terrasse & Jacuzzi: Die Terrasse ist zwar recht großzügig und bietet einen Jacuzzi, wirkte auf uns persönlich allerdings nicht besonders einladend. ​Einkaufen & Freizeit: Ein Netto-Markt ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Direkt gegenüber auf dem Campingplatz gibt es zudem einen kleinen Kiosk sowie eine Minigolf Anlage. ​ Ausflüge: Der Ree Safari Park und das Djurs Sommerland liegen nur wenige Autominuten entfernt und sind schnell erreicht.
