House on the upper floor of the owners' house, accessible by a separate external staircase and a 45 m² terrace. Comprising: living room with lounge (1 sofa bed) and equipped open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 extra bed), vestibule (a few steps), shower room with toilet. Shared unfenced garden. Carport available. Free access to the campsite 100 m away with a 5,000 m² fishing and swimming pond (with a rowboat), equipped games, swing set, slide, sandpit, and table tennis. Fitness trail in the national forest 1.5 km away. Mountain bike rentals and reception rooms are available on site. BICYCLE AND HORSE RIDING LABEL. Ecouves Animal Park 6 km away. If the cottage exceeds its capacity of 5 people: €30 supplement.

Overlooking a magnificent panorama of the Ecouves national forest, this cottage enjoys an ideal location at the crossroads of hiking trails (GR22, Chemin de Saint Michel, GR36, and Véloscénie) and a few kilometers from Alençon.
