On check in we were advised of road works so we requested a room change immediately as receptionist said it could get noisy through the night and may need to be moved later, so thought it best to be moved beforehand. We were not told about the lift only going to odd numbers so had to figure it our for ourselves, just all in all the check in could have be explained a bit better. Otherwise a really lovely hotel and would go back.

Fantastic location in the city centre 2 minutes walk from train station and prince's street. Very interesting decor and building and a decent size room with massive comfortable bed. Hotel also has a nice bar

The decor was lovely, hot water for shower brilliant, unfortunately the toilet hadn't been cleaned and there was soil marks in it which was disappointing but overall we were very happy.
