This place is dated, needs some work done, staff disinterested, didn't eat, didn't like the look of it. It was fun being woke by the maids at 7:45am trying to clean my room, luckily I put the catch on. Won't be returning

Rooms are very dated and showing signs of their age. Evening receptionist was lovely and very welcoming, morning was meh. Not much sound proofing from corridors into rooms so a lot of noise. £17.50 for breakfast if you don’t book in advance (£10 if you do!) absolute con! Yes I’m hangry writing this, little sleep and hungry doesn’t mix well.

Huoneiden sängyt olivat hyviä ja niissä oli hyvä nukkua. Ammeet ja 2-ote hanat hieman hankalia. Aamiainen oli liian englantilainen.

Sopiva hotelli yöpymiseen, pienille lapsille löytyi mieluisaa tekemistä uima-altaan osalta, jossa oli lämmin vesi. Ravintolassa palvelu oli melko hidasta. Henkilökunta oli aika totista porukkaa, hieman enemmän olisi voinut panostaa ystävällisempään asiakaspalveluun. Aamiainen oli muuten ok, mutta missä juustot ja leikkeleet leivän päälle? Hotellin ja huoneen siisteys oli hyvä, plussaa siitä, että huone siivottiin päivittäin. Ostoskeskus oli todella lähellä hotellia ja se oli hyvä juttu.

Ihan ok, emme juuri viettäneet aikaa hotellilla. Aamupalalle olisin kaivannut tuoreita vihanneksia. Lyhyt matka kävellä ostoskeskukseen.

Needs Upgrading

Cons: it needs a complete refurb.
Location: Close to Edinburgh and also very close to Good shopping mall.
although the bathroom looked a relatively new refurb, the carpet in the room needed changing along with the curtains and more attention to cleaning was required!
