I was really impressed by the level of communication from the Pillars.
We had booked the room some 5 months earlier to see the military tattoo.
Upon arrival, we were met by Craig, who went to great lengths to point out ways by which we could get the most of our trip to Edinburgh; eateries, pubs, clubs, etc.
The room was lovely, comfy beds and lots of perks like a fridge in the room, biscuits, tea, coffee, croissants, water and other delights.
The kitchen was well equipped and had yoghurt, muffins, fruit, etc, as well as water, ice and a huge fridge.
There's a Tesco in easy walkibg distance and the hotel is directly on the Lieth/Airport tram route, with the tram stop being about a 4 minute walk away.
Comfy, quirky, and convenient.
