Wir waren zu 6. und hatten 3 Doppelzimmer gemietet. Da wir nur ein 3- Sterne- Hotel gemietet hatten, waren unsere Erwartungen nicht wirklich hoch. Zimmer 507 & 508 waren ok (nicht super sauber und Schimmel an der Badewanne). Zimmer 520 war sehr schlecht. Feuchter Teppich, Schimmel an der Wand und nicht sauber. Schade. FrĂŒhstĂŒck können wir nicht beurteilen, wir haben auswĂ€rts gegessen. Die Lage des Hotels war fĂŒr uns perfekt.
Posizione perfetta per girare la cittĂ , la stanza era abbastanza grande per 3 persone, allâarrivo il bagno non era stato pulito ma il personale ha rimediato subito. La pulizia della stanza veniva fatta solo su richiesta ed anche la sostituzione delle asciugamani, purtroppo câerano solo 3 asciugamani grandi per cui ho dovuto chiedere delle asciugamani in piĂč.
La colazione era abbondante e varia, e gratuita per i bambini. Un motivo in piĂč per scegliere questo Hotel per le famiglie .

Staff was not too welcoming with hotels.com bookings and the processes(and internal errors) that come with it. Left me to mend and do the sorting when staff can easily deal with their procedures with hotels.com/expedia.com as they are partner
merchants.
Too bad i was with hotels.commfornmore than 10yrs around the world practically and this happened just now. Front desk was not that helpful
The rooms were old and worn out Everything was pretty dirty, specially in the bathroom around the showers. Staff was friendly, but somehow there was a communication error because when we got there, the rooms were for handicapped people in wheelchairs, but we did not order that
The room lacked towels and needed items. We had to request enough towels for two people, as well as tissues. There was no phone in the room, so we could not speak with staff unless we went downstairs. However, they were very short staffed so it was hard to find someone when we did need something. The room was clean and an adequate size. We had to request room service verbally each day at the front desk. This was a great inconvenience.
The staff were friendly, which we appreciated. But the breakfast was often cold and not delicious.

La habitaciĂłn muy amplia al igual que el baño, cosa que no sucediĂł en otros hospedajes en Reino Unido. Incluye desayuno y estĂĄ bueno y completo, muy tĂpico, el bar buenos precios. Muy recomendable, gran experiencia
It was okay. Just average. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very small but nice. The heater didnât work. And there was a smoke detector that flashed very brightly every 10 seconds all night long. It was worth it to be so close to the royal mile but it was very basic.

Dinner served in restaurant was not eatable. The steak was like cardboard and veg. raw
the breakfast was just as bad as the dinner. They had a special, if you bought dinner you got breakfast the next morning for free. The over easy eggs were so rubbery I had to use a knife to cut them. You could have used them as a frisbee. The room was nothing Like in the pictures. I would never recommend the place to anyone.
