Our stay at this downtown loft was a positive experience overall. Communication with the host was great—quick, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. The location was convenient, right in a typical downtown area and within easy walking distance to local restaurants, Roger’s Place hockey arena, and a nearby grocery store. The loft itself was very clean and well maintained. We appreciated the open floor plan and the thoughtful touches like black-out curtains, which made it easy to sleep in despite the city lights. Streaming services were available, which was nice for relaxing in the evenings. The security features were also appreciated—both the main building door and the loft entry used keypad locks, adding a comfortable sense of safety. The furniture style was fairly austere and on the firmer side, which matched the overall design. The clothing cabinets were a standout feature—they were beautifully designed and functional, keeping everything neat and accessible while remaining discreet. As for comfort, the mattresses were pleasantly firm, but the pillows were disappointingly flat and too firm to be comfortable. The primary bedroom was spacious, while the second bedroom felt a bit cramped. Replacing the current bed with a twin would make that space more functional.Overall, this property offered a secure, clean, and convenient stay right downtown with just a few minor comfort tweaks that could make it even better.
