The rooms are very well-kept, clean and spacious. The staff were all very friendly. If you're lookingvfir a hotel not too far from West Edmonton Mall, this is a great option!

The cookies here are the best — definitely a highlight! That said, a few minor things could be better. When there’s an event, there’s no designated parking for guests, so I had to park on the other side of the hotel, which was inconvenient. The dining staff were friendly and nice but could be more attentive—I was almost done eating before I got my water. Overall, a good stay with some room to improve.

I have stayed many times at this Hotel. My experience has always been good. This trip was a different story. I was offered an upgraded room for an additional cost. It looked great until I noticed the stain on the carpet. After this it was the noise generated from outside the bedroom door (large access hatch housing equipment). The noise did not allow me to get a rest (even though the door was closed to prevent noise). The second night was not any better so slept on the couch. When I brought this to the attention of the staff it was shrugged off as an old area identified to be redone. This should have been disclosed before the offer was made to upgrade. The reaction I expected was more customer friendly. Acknowledgement of the error by reimbursing part (or all) of the upgrade cost. I have been in customer service for over 40 years and I feel this was handled poorly. Although this is an isolated experience, the way it was handled left me feeling that I did not get value for what I paid.

The property over all is a good value however the rooms do need a deep clean, I’m not sure how often or if this happens but it’s definitely needed. As a frequent customer I was disappointed in the hotel ramping up their rates for the busy weekend with the Morgan Wallen concert - short term benefit for overall integrity with frequent guests seems to be a questionable business decision in my opinion. Will reconsider staying based on this next time but it wasn’t limited to this hotel.
