We loved the check in cookies, surprising ups ale menu in the restaurant and the relaxing bar/lounge. Services was attentive and friendly. Clean rooms and a comfortable bed.

Dirty room, no towel, no compensation

We had a dirty coffee machine with the coffee left inside, and one bath towel. When i let the front desk know they just offered a free coffee! Maybe breakfast would have been nice or something. I’ve stayed with double tree a lot and this was the worst stay.
