Our room was very comfortable. Plenty of space for 3 adults to more around with luggage. Our only complaint was the heater blew all night and was quite noisy. Temperature was perfect though.

Late night check in, received very rude and unhelpful service. Everything we asked was answered by "ask the morning staff", can we have a late check out time (we arrived late from a different time zone) " ask the morning staff" gave me a hard time about using a canadian passport for identification to check in,, "dont you have any regular ID?" Very unhelpful.

The hotel is actually on 44a where the address shows it on the street. It's well back and difficult to see. It's a Radisson and my confirmation shows Edmonton Hotel and Convention centre. Confusing when the address is not correct
