Hotel is quite tired. From entering main lobby one can see the carpets are ripped and decor is aged. Somehow the corridors are very dim which makes the decor seem dark and uncomfortable the room is of good size but everything is very low, counter top, toilet, chair by the desk are al very low. I’m an average height female at 5f4in. And I felt everything is lower than standard. The cleaning staff is inconsistent with distribution of towels; sometimes we have al the sets of 3sizes towels sometimes 2. The towels are of good quality though. The room is not dusted. Or can actually see the dust al around the microwave, night stand top, shelves etc. there are no USC outlet either. The shower is very funny with a top shower head and two parallel shower heads in the middle that also shed water. It’s ok for adults but if I were 5 feet tall or shorter those mid height shower heads will be shedding water right at my face with no where to avoid.
Breakfast was ok. Coffee is exceptional good and always hot.
Staff is courteous.
Will I return to this hotel? Its location is very convenient although it’s right in the middle of an industrial area. Unless I see proof of renovations, we most likely will not consider returning.
