Disappointed with the lack of consistency here. My room had no microwave, and I wasn't offered one at check-in. However, I overheard staff proactively asking other guests if they needed a microwave set up in their rooms. It felt like some guests received better service than others. If you stay here, make sure to ask for what you need upfront, as they don't offer the same level of care to everyone.

Stayed here due to the fact that it was the last two queen bed hotel available for our last min booking through Expedia. Front desk staff (lady working the evening shift) was not super friendly at all. Lady, there are much nicer places to stay, the least you can do is be welcoming and kind. We paid 210 dollars for our stay (this was after using nearly 10 dollars of Expedia points) and it was not worth that. The hotel is run down and outdated, pool is sad, hot tub is small and dingy. Rooms are nothing special. No breakfast included & parking lot was sheer ice. I felt bad seeing the elderly couples slowly trying to make it to their vehicles in the morning. For the price, book ahead somewhere nicer, I will never recommend this hotel to anyone or stay here myself again. It’s also in the middle of nowhere for the west end of Edmonton.
