Paid for a king suite, had I known the bedroom was against the same wall as the elevator I’d have never decided to pay for an “upgrade”. When I arrived there was a few homeless people occupying the lobby, pestering guests and cutting people off in lines. The staff weren’t impressively friendly. The room wasn’t up to any sort of decent standard. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

This used to be my fav spot to stay downtown. Unfortunately, they have got rid of all the perks that set it apart from any other downtown hotel. Mid hotel with high prices. Everything else is an up charge. $30 a night for parking and $17 ]per person for breakfast.
