Pics on line do not represent the very run down dated property. Bed was worn out , no water pressure in shower and tub had many cigarette burns and was cracked . Will never be back

was what we needed for a stay in Edmonton. work was being done on the slide in the pool bit we used the pool a fee times. wouldn’t necessarily recommend the restaurant as we ordered a sandwich and got a hamburger?? they charged us for it even though we complained and didn't eat it. Breakfast was just ok, room was small and not much variety for a long stay. also having to pick up breakfast tickets every day was annoying. Staff were not overly friendly watching what everyone took made it uncomfortable. of you need a place to stay and price os right its close to a lot and parkong was good.

Slide was closed, they did let us know after payment was taken. Rooms were dark and felt old and if you are a non smoker you could really feel the lingering smoke. The room we had was a non smoking, but unbearable for us. The staff was great they allowed us to cancel our reservation without any problem. For us it was not a good fit.

If you stay at this hotel because the photos make it look nice then don’t. They’re very old and don’t represent what it looks like now. Hotel was very dirty everywhere you went. Pool area was full of dirt. I’d expect a room I was staying in to actually be cleaned, but nope, dirt everywhere.

The free continental breakfast consists of assorted cereals, toast, yogurt, fruits, hard boiled eggs, tea, coffee and juice. Easy checkin & checkout process. The room was warm upon checkin and the air conditioning didn't work well and was very loud so we opened the window to cool the room faster.

I requested replacing fresh sheet and duvet cover after staying two nights, but staff forgot to put duvet cover. Even the next day they still didn’t put duvet cover on so I slept two nights without duvet cover. I told front desk staff about this but didn’t provide any help. This is so disappointing experience.

Terrible breakfast: you will find: waffle, bread, coffee, an empty fridge and a stressed lady in charge of this. There is no plates available. Installation: very poor, no water pression in the shower, and in the sink, dirty microwave inside of the room, dirty carpet. Smell cigarettes. I don't recommend at all. Water park not working, a poor swimming pool... Stressed staff - need training The hotel needs a huge renovation

We booked this hotel through Expedia because the app indicated it was only a 3-minute drive from the Edmonton Mall, but it's actually 9 minutes away, which is misleading. Additionally, we weren't informed before booking that the waterslide was out of service, which was a huge disappointment, especially for a family trip. The breakfast area also didn't meet our expectations: the place was unclean and very disorganized. Considering the hotel's price, we expected better service and more transparent information.
