The property was exactly as pictured with great views of Lake Michigan and Egg Harbor. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, dishes and kitchen ware. The check in and out procedure was easy. Egg Harbor is a more quiet and centrally located area. It was a breeze to get anywhere. I would book this house again! Very nice!!!
Such a lovely view watching the boats with a morning cup of coffee and karaoke at night!

Glass Castle

The house was lovely but there were a number of issues.We could not open the lock box on the front door for the entire stay. I found a second lock box after about an hour and we were able to get in. There is a mattress on the pull-out bed in the game room with a huge stain that appears to be urine. The exterior needs weeding and gardening. There are gnats in the basement. The BBQ propane tank was empty.

Very comfortable stay. Large house overlooking Green Bay. Very well furnished with several eating places, large bedrooms, and plenty of glasses, dishes, etc. great for a family.

Ice Castle

The name of the property reflects the amount of glass throughout the home, with floor to ceiling windows and glass staircases. The house was very clean and well stocked except for body wash in the bathrooms. Spacious and plenty of gathering space Areas for improvement: towel racks in the main floor bathroom and it would have been nice to have king size beds versus queens in the bedrooms. Otherwise it worked perfectly for 4 couples.

Wonderful experienxe

This home was exactly as pictured on the site. It was extremely clean. We were a party of 10 college girlfriends celebrating our 70th birthdays. We had so much room. The beds were very comfortable and the house was well stocked with paper products. The back of the house has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the bay and we enjoyed our time on the spacious deck overlooking the water.

Oasis by the Bay

Our multigenerational family had a wonderful stay at this home. Space for everyone. Clean and appointed well. As other reviewers have noted, some dated furniture past its prime but nothing unusable or inappropriate. The location is excellent for walking to meals and morning coffee in Egg Harbor. Equally excellent is the quick in and out as it’s along the main road but tucked away for privacy and quiet. The sunken living room posed a hazard and I was disappointed to see that it had yet to be marked with some sort of tape or visual cue. The sunsets off the porches was sure a highlight and the pool table brought out our competitive sides. Would certainly stay again.

Beautiful views

The views and sunsets are beautiful. Funiture in the house is wore and has holes in the upholstery. Lawn was unkept and hadn't been mowed for some time. Maintenance in the house is needed for light fixtures, door handles, oven, outlets that don't work, and downstairs fireplace. Contacted the property manager for a bedroom door handle that would not latch or lock. Response was that they would look at it when we were gone 6 days later. I was expecting better upkeep for the amount we paid. We still had a wonderful time and the views are spectacular.

Loved it!

It was EXACTLY as was pictured! Absolutely beautiful. I would hoever, suggest something be thrown on floor, to contrast the sunken living room. Quite a few times my group would miss the step and almost hurt themselves. We did take the kitchen mat and put down which helped tremendously. We also repositioned the furniture which also helped. There were two different check out instructions but we did get word on the correct one. We were told to follow instructions located on the fridge. It was an incredible stay! A beautiful glass castle

The “Glass Castle” is a beautiful and well-appointed property. We enjoyed the comfortable surroundings and witnessed the spectacular sunsets each night. Definitely a place we will rent again.

Renters Beware

This property is run down on the exterior and outdated inside. The building is stucco and crumbling and the photos in the listing are not accurate. Landscaping was atrocious, over grown and weed filled. Views were spectacular but the HVAC systems were a constant challenge. When we appealed to the host, Evolve, we were sent an offensive, inexperienced/immature reply. Again, the location and the views were outstanding but the property itself was not.

Nice and spacious house with beautiful views and excellent location. It could use some maintenance and updates in a few areas, but overall it matches the online description/photos. Tip: It gets hot in the afternoons with direct sun into the house/patio, so would recommend some sort of shade for the patio.

Worked well for 5 adults and 2 children under 6. Close to shops and restaurants in Egg Harbor. Can walk. Lovely views of Green Bay. Clean.
