Not a Steigenberger as you would expect

They started some renovation, but overall, this hotel does not offer the Steigenberger experience you would expect from the group. I had a disappointing stay.

Kurzurlaub übers Wochenende

Das Zimmer war enttäuschend, alte etwas abgenutzte Möbel die nicht den Erwartungen eines 4-Sterne-Hotels entsprachen. Trotz zentraler Lage war es sehr ruhig. Die Parkplätze des Hotels waren mit 8€/Tag (bzw. 14€/Tag in der Tiefgarage) überteuert. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr gut und reichhaltig und das Personal in diesem Bereich auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Personal an der Rezeption hingegen war nicht gerade das freundlichste und kompetenteste. Gesamteindruck mittelmäßig.

Top Hotel in sehr guter Stadtlage, ideal für einen Kurztripp

Das Hotel ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Der Service und das Restaurant sind sehr gut. Die Lage zum Bahnhof ist ideal, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Sehr empfehlenswert für einen Kurzurlaub am WE. Parkplätze sind auch kein Problem.
