Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood known for its scenic hilltop and valley views, calm atmosphere, and a mix of suburban and semi-rural properties. It’s generally regarded as family-friendly with a strong community presence. The home itself is modern, spacious, and well-appointed, fitting right into the neighborhood's character.



Getting around



Residents describe the area as feeling like "a small town but in the city." Winding roads lead up the hill to panoramic valley views, and local amenities include a school, park, convenience store, a mom-and-pop Mexican restaurant, and a gas station—all found along the main road.

**The pool slide and waterfall are currently undergoing maintenance, we kindly ask that you do not use or turn it on.**



Additionally, we have recently made some updates to the property that may not yet be reflected in the listing photos. The home no longer features the astronaut theme, as we are in the process of transitioning to a new design theme.



🏊 Pool Rules & Guidelines



To ensure the safety of our guests and the proper maintenance of our pool, please observe the following rules at all times:



🤖 Pool robot/vacuum — Please do NOT remove the pool robot/vacuum from the pool under any circumstances without prior permission from our team. Unauthorized removal may result in damage to the filtration system and additional fees.

🌡️ Spa/jacuzzi — Please ensure the spa is turned off when not in use. This helps maintain the system and conserve energy for all guests.

🍷 No glass near the pool — For the safety of all guests, glass containers of any kind are strictly prohibited in and around the pool area. Please use plastic or non-breakable containers only.

⚙️ Pool system — Please do NOT touch, adjust, or tamper with the pool system, controls, valves, or equipment without explicit permission from our team. If you experience any issues, please reach out to us and we will assist you right away.

⚠️ Please note: Failure to comply with any of the above pool rules will result in a fine of $1,000. Our pool maintenance team will conduct a thorough inspection and will determine whether any of the stated rules have been violated during your stay.
