Most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen

This was single handily the worst hotel I’ve every laid eyes on the room smelled like a dirty ash tray accompanied by the bathroom that smelled like a public urinal goo on the carpet along with bugs and who knows what on the walls we left and got another hotel room in Brawley and the hotel refused to refund me they said they would only refund me for one day even though I was there for maybe twenty minutes arrival to departure

I want a refund. How is this place allowed to operate on Expedia? Peeling wallpaper, broken items, bugs everywhere, 3 types of bugs including rochaes in room. Decrepit! Avoid.

The room was clean and nicely furnished, but the bedding was a bit old/worn. Bathroom cleanliness could be better. Fridge didn't work and the AC was quite noisy. It was a place to stay in the middle of nowhere. I've been in worse.

Depak at the counter was very nice & accommodating; however the first room I was put in was not clean at all, bugs in toilet and obviously not cleaned after last use. I insisted on another room; which was provided but the property needs a LOT of attention@

The door to my room would not open unless you put all your weight into forcing it open. The manager showed me how it was done. I was going to ask for another room, but my guess is they were all the same: rundown, dirty, lukewarm water, torn drapes, pool and hot tub were drained

We checked into one room that looked like it needed service. Went back to the front desk and got a new room. Walked into the new room and that room was just as disgusting as the first room. So we left! We paid for two nights on Expedia and could not stay there!

Not dirty exactly but not very clean either . The sink leaked and the faucet was faulty. The property is in poor condition. The door lock was funky. No restaurant in town. It was quiet though!

I like that it was in the area I needed but it was a bait and switch. It was filthy run down dead bugs everywhere. Spiders dust everywhere didn't even stay there one night. Couldn't stay there because of my granddaughter's asthma. Please make sure you know where you're getting. Do not sign anything till you look. It was a horrible experience and I do not want anybody to go through that

The worst place ever!!! Over priced and nothing works. The picture they have online are fake. Nothing is clean the room has bugs everywhere. The guy in the front desk was rude. When I went in to tell him nothing worked, and that the room was dirty he told me I had no choice as he couldn’t change my room. Refused to give me a refund. Please don’t stay here
