The tv did not work in our room. We called the front desk, and were told they would not have a maintenance man until 6:30 p.m. TV did not get fixed. The next evening, we again personally went to the front desk to report the TV not working. We were told they did not have a maintenance person on duty. We were offered a different room, but decided not to repack and move for just one night. The room was clean, but absolutely no frills. There was only a soap dispenser in the shower and at the bathroom sink. Not even a plastic bag for dirty laundry! Very Spartan furnishings.

No luggage carts— I’m disabled and had to make 4 trips from out front of the lobby to my room 1/4 mile away (per my GPS watch) before I was finally informed there was an entrance 2 doors down from my room. Bathtub wouldn’t hold water. Had to put a folded wash cloth over the drain to take a bath. The pool and hot tub were freezing cold. It was 85 degrees that day and it was my 3rd day of driving and was really looking forward to soaking my aching back in the hot tub. The Dish satellite quit working during the night for most, although not all, channels. Strange. The walls could have used a coat of paint as they were pretty scuffed in areas. When I complained about the room, the manager offered me one on the 2nd floor. No elevator and, being disabled, I would not have been able to make 4 trips up the stairs with all the luggage. He also lied and said there were no other rooms as they were very busy and were fully occupied. Strange….there were still rooms available online!!

Good

It is an older property, but the room was in decent order. The bed was comfortable, the A/C worked well and wasn't too loud for a wall unit. It has black-out curtains, and the room was pretty quiet. On the negative side, the handle to change from tub to shower did not work properly, so some pressure was lost, but still manageable. I did not realize it until the morning after, so I only told management upon check-out. Internet speed remained below 2 Mbps, which is OK for browsing, but not so much for streaming video or Zoom meetings.

My first time staying here and the lady in the front was nice and friendly. My room was clean had no problems. It was nice and quiet. The area around there seemed nice and everything you Ned is within a reasonable distance. I will be coming back soon.

Very friendly staff and quick check in. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. This property is older and could use a refresh, but it is great for a one or two night stay. Denny’s Restaurant is right on the property, as well as a gas station with convenience store right beside it. We would definitely stay there again - good value for our money.

For the age of the place, it is very clean. The door to the water closet wouldn't close without lifting the door. The service and employees were excellent. A lot of the people that stay there are road workers and construction workers. I really doubt that I would be staying here again.

The front office was very helpful. They were quick to change our room upon request. The room we had was pretty rundown. The towels were stained and my spouse was not comfortable sleeping on the bed unless we put our own blanket on it. Shower head would not stay on it's stance and when it did the water sprayed against the wall which made it difficult to shower. Like mentioned the front office and manager allowed us to move rooms. This was the same in a few other rooms are, very outdated with old carpets and showers with low water pressure.

I didn't like that the remote control (tv) in our room was too dirty. The room next to ours had a dog that barked most of the night and too early on the morning. They should designate the pet friendly rooms away from the non-pet friendly rooms. The front desk clerk (gentleman) was very nice and professional.
