The resort has the makings of being exceptional but from the moment you walk in you are greeted with chaos. First day we didn’t have towels or a hairdryer, it took asking 3 people for a towel before we got one, we ended up borrowing a towel from a guest because it took so long - 4 hours. When they serviced our room, they didn’t replace the towels and when we asked for some they were threadbare and ripped.
Every time we ate at the restaurant half of the food and drinks menu was not available, we finally found items to order and they took over an hour to come, and some did not come at all. What we did eat at the restaurant was really tasty. When we got our bill half of the items on it were not ours.
Resort is a little out of town but only 150p tricycle away and there are restaurants around the resort as well - we were happy with the location.
Resort booked our transport to the airport - confirmed all details only to find they had not booked it at all.
Roof top pool is stunning!
