Convenient location next to dock for taking tours. Breakfast is served under surcharge and there are not multiple options to be chosen. Overall good experience.
Wasnât thrilled. Although the staff was very kind and helpful our entire stay, the first night they didnât have our room available so they had to put us in a smaller room and my friend had to sleep on a floor mattress. The bathrooms were dirty. Barely enough space for suitcases. The location is on a busy noisy street with music bumping till late at night. There was a mouse nesting in our room that the staff had to come catch. We rook a private boat tour and thankfully that made up for poor accommodations.
The air conditioning was so noisy it kept me awake. The restaurant always smelled like rotten fish. The cleanliness was awful. You can't use the sink water to brush your teeth, and they don't provide any water for that purpose either. The bathroom was terribly clean, and the hot water only worked twice out of the four days I was there. Plus, the smell of sewage was unbearable when I turned on the shower.
They gave us a choice of room with loft which was claustrophobic but the 2 bed option much nicer. AC was good and it was generally comfortable. Bathroom a little old but adequate. Overall I would stay here again but not my wife lol.
The front lobby, no air-conditioning at all. In most times I passed in or out, no person at the counter most of the times. By the way, no security. Mismanaged hotel.
Old, tired rooms. No soundproofing. No blackout curtains. Very basic room despite being called âdeluxeâ. Reception service was ok until I needed a room clean and then had to challenge the hotel to provide a clean. Would not stay again and would not recommend.
The front desk person wouldnât check us in because the room was for five people and they wanted to put 3 more people in our room which was not what I originally booked. Also, the power went out in the middle of the night making our room very hot. I would definitely like a refund!
The check in was unacceptable. We booked a room on hotels.com but we did not get the room booked as "online booking and onsite booking are not synchronize" as they said so all room from our range was already offered to other customers!!
Moreover, we got:
- a room without any window!!
- sheets was full of dirty marks and when we asked for a new one, it was even worse
- room has hole with access to all aircon, I let you imagine the nose all night long
- it took everyday 30min to get 2 slices of toasted bread with jam for breakfast
As a conclusion, find another hotels, for this price, it is totally unacceptable!

in the center of the village . Near the beach and all the shops and restaurants.
we had a room on the back side so wasn't so noisy. The rooms are very small and in a bad condition.
not any chairs or a little table at the balcony. The bathroom very dirty and the last day we had a nice cockroach in the room. The money i think is to much what for what they offer.
Internet connection nothing
The room is as basic as you can get. We got a hard bed but we managed. The bathroom smelled like rotten eggs and the entire bathroom was soaked. The shower floor is not level so stagnant smelly water remains there. I gagged everytime I went in there. The AC wouldnât stay on. Without it you are in a hot box. The last night I hard to turn on the AC every 20 min so I barely slept. Then at 6am the hotel cuts the power. So now Iâm sweating in a rotten egg smelling hot box. I went downstairs to the front desk asking if my power can be turned on since the whole hotel had power. A young man followed me up to my room and gingled some things around on the wall only to tell me since I am checking out anyway that there is no point to restart the power in my room. I left immediately and I will never come back to this disappointing hotel.
Hotel is in a good location, but thatâs it. Room was in a quite bad condition, especialy a bathroom. Spider webs hanging from a ceiling, taps were rusty and water smelled really bad. No way worth the price.
