Hotel not sutable for guests. No hot water. No food or drink available. Dirty. Smelly. Booked 3 nights. Stayed 1. Still waiting for refund. Messaged Hotel.com numerous times. Still waiting. Will not use them again.

This hotel has potential but is in need of a lot of work. We paid for breakfast which was non existent. The bathroom in the room does not even have a door so there is no privacy if room sharing. Nowhere to hang towels. Staff do not clean rooms unless asked and even then only make bed not clean or replace towels.
