Everything was amazing especially the staff service and food as well as good organization. The only pit fall was mentioning heated pool but it was cold and most people didn’t go in for swimming. We had to get a permit through the GM to swim in the pool of the next door hotel belonging the the same group where temp was 28 degrees and was very nice.

Really amazing hotel! I would recommend this 100% if you’re looking to stay in a hotel that offers great food, great entertainment and overall a great experience. They had things that stood out to us like gluten free bread!!! It’s not a common thing to have in Egypt so this was great to see. They also catered for lactose intolerance. They had a thing you scan where it has all the info you need instead of the typical paper print hotels usually give out. The food was good and with a lot of varieties and uniqueness. The view of the sea was amazing although the beach isn’t the best but that’s common in many hotels in Egypt. The rooms were clean and modern. The pools were clean too! They had an adult area with tons of fun games by the pool which was very unique The only negative thing was I wish they served actually Pepsi/cola and not the fake one they serve because it tasted bad. I also wish they had more mocktail options in the pool bars to enjoy!

Ich habe bereits vor 2 Wochen eine Rückmeldung als Reklamation an Expedia geschickt, jedoch keinerlei Rückinfo erhalten ! Sehr schade, dass auch dort der Kundenservice nicht funktioniert. Ich erwarte eine teilweise Rückerstattung durch den nicht vorhandenen entspannten von ihnen versprochenen Urlaub in einem 5***** Sterne Hotel !!! Das in die Jahre gekommene Hotel ist an manchen Stellen im schlechten Zustand. Im Zimmer gibt es nur eine Badewanne im schlechten Zustand mit integrierter Dusche, jedoch keinen Duschschlauch. In Verbindung mit sehr geringem Wasserdruck ist Duschen eher anstrengend. Die Aussenanlagen sind teilweise verschmutzt und im schlechten Zustand. Das Hauptrestaurant wirkt wie die Betriebskantine eines großen Unternehmens mit dem Flair und der Geräuschkulisse einer Bahnhofshalle. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Speisen, die jedoch z.T. in schlechter Qualität. Man hat das Gefühl es gäbe jeden Tage exakt das gleiche. Verschmutzte Tresen, Tische und Besteck zeigt sich wie die nach Chlor schmeckenden Getränken die man sich am besten selbst holt. Es gibt ´Häuptlinge´ Speisesaal die nur ihre Mitarbeiter versuchen zu dirigieren aber unfreundlich zu Gästen sind und selbst wenn sie direkt damit konfrontiert werden nicht mit anpacken. Die Mitarbeiter versuchen ansonsten vieles gut zu machen, nur fehlt es deutlich an Organisation ! Das Hotel ist sehr weit von einem 5***** Sterne Rating entfernt und muss dringend nachbessern

Struttura top! Qualità cibo buona anche se abbastanza ripetitiva nella scelta. Un plauso particolare va a tutto lo staff dell'animazione "magic world" ragazzi fantastici e professionali! Personale top! Tutti i ragazzi che lavorano sia al bar, sia al ristorante, in piscina e in spiaggia sono molto gentili e sorridenti! Unica nota negativa è il wifi che spessissimo da problemi, soprattutto all 'interno delle camere dove non funziona quasi mai!
