Almost everything was broken or not working properly: ice maker, elevator, fire alarm, etc. Road noise could be heard from room or the fire alarm would ring through the stay. Breakfast selection was limited.

I reserved a room with 2 queens and a pull out bed. They didn't have it or have it to someone else. The elevator was broke so we had to lug our luggage up two flights or stairs. We didn't get any sleep because the fire alarm kept going off all night but they still rented the room to us and did notify us of the problem. I would have asked for my money back but i doubt that would have happened.
