The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom has a full-size bed, ideal for one adult or up to two children.

Before Your Stay
We will provide your reservation details and confirmed address before arrival. One to two days before check-in, we will send additional instructions, parking information, directions, and photos to help you find the property. On the day of arrival, we'll let you know if the accommodation is ready before the official check-in time.
Comfort & Climate
The East Bay enjoys a mild climate year-round. The accommodation includes central heating, baseboard heaters, a window air conditioner, a portable air conditioner, and tower fans for guest comfort.
Laundry Access
Laundry access may be available for guests staying two weeks or longer for an additional fee. Please inquire before booking.
Pet Policy
We welcome one dog per reservation with the applicable pet fee. Please contact us before booking if you plan to bring additional dogs.
To keep the accommodation comfortable for all guests, we ask that pets stay off beds and upholstered furniture. A dog bed and pet mattress are provided.
If your pet accidentally soils furniture or sheds excessively, please clean it as best you can and notify the host. We perform a thorough deep cleaning after every pet stay to maintain a clean, allergy-conscious environment.
