Family stay. Fun swimming pool area with real tropical plants and trees to add atmosphere. They are still serving a breakfast with a wide variety like you used to get in the major chains. Sausage biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, waffles, meat side, and more. Comfortable, clean beds. Only downside was some of the general maintenance is out of date, but that seems to be true of almost all hotels these days, so I don't count it as a strike against. Would stay again.

When I went to check in they could not find my reservation due to the fact that they had checked someone else in under my name. Finally got that problem fixed, only to proceed to the room that they ended up putting me in and the key card will not work, I had to walk back down to the lobby 2 separate times before the lady at the desk finally decided she would have to walk up and unlock the door manually because the battery on the scanner had apparently gone dead...

The hotel is very good, comfortable, and clean. The room was nice, well-heated, and the bed was comfortable. A few things were broken (faucet, fridge door). The breakfast was mediocre, with limited choices: coffee, muffins. It was very basic. The staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out were quick.
