We really enjoyed our stay. We wish we had brought our dog, as it is very dog-friendly. But just a few things to be aware of...
There are VERY limited supplies... a single roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, sparse kitchen supplies (only salt and pepper), and one set of towels. They do spell this out in the instructions and separate 7-page rental agreement.
They have some VERY verbose guidelines for the property that feel a bit over the top. We picked this location because it didn't require a long drive on a bad gravel road, but that trade-off is you can hear the cars from the road that is less than 50 yards from the back of the house.
There is another rental house a stone's throw away, and the sound really travels.
The only other thing was the ridiculous service fee. It was as much as the rental, so I felt like they priced the listing cheaper, but it really wasn't. We think these are all personal preferences, so we were not going to ding them for that, except for the service fee. A $250 service fee for a 2-night stay is just over the top...3 times as much as comparable listings.
Property management was very nice, there was great communication, and there were no issues with anything in the house...aside from a hair in the freezer.
If those aren't issues for you, this is a great place. We wouldn't rent this specific house again, but that is just us and I don't want to rate a place below what it deserves just because it was not exactly what we was looking for.
