Four 7777 Motel

For the price the room was good. I felt safe there and that's important to me. I was very surprised at how dirty the room was. The baseboards, the entry door both sides had black smears on it, the bed table had sticky substance on it. The toilet had a hair on the seat so i assumed it wasn't thoroughly cleaned. The floor appeared dirty but glad it wasn't carpet. The towels were like sandpaper. An envelope by the TV had the 2 housekeepers names in which a tip could be placed. There were also 4 moist towelette packs i used to clean some small areas. 1 packet was dried out. When i looked at the 2 queen beds it wasn't well made and made me wonder 'was this slept in?' Lol. When i was a teenager i was a maid for a cpl years and took pride in cleaning the rooms and doing a good job. This room was dirty and there's no excuse for that. I also had a minor issue w the frig that corrected itself thankfully. The front office said she would contact the maintenence gal to help. Never heard from her again during our stay. $71 per night and feeling safe made it ok but i won't stay there again

My experience at this hotel was not what I expected. When I arrived, the front desk person told me they couldn’t assist me and sent me to another hotel a block away to check in. At the other hotel, a lady named Cherry helped me. She was very kind and seemed surprised that I had been sent there, especially since the check-in could have been handled at the original hotel. When I returned to the hotel where I was supposed to stay, I found several issues: • The air conditioner wasn’t working at first. • There was hair in the bathtub and bathroom. • I found candy wrappers on the floor. Honestly, I didn’t feel comfortable staying there. I even considered sleeping in my car, as it was late and I was really tired. Fortunately, I was eventually able to get the air conditioner working, but there was no staff available to assist with it, which was frustrating. I truly don’t understand how this hotel has such high ratings. That’s the reason I chose to stay here in the first place. I usually don’t write reviews, but I’m doing this to help others make a more informed decision. Before posting this, I sent a message to the management, but I haven’t received any response. That’s why I decided to share my experience.

We were pleased with our inexpensive stay. Newly refurbished and quiet. Only negative is that front desk is not staffed 24 hours. Total cost of our 1 night was under $100!

Just a night stay on the way east. Comfortable beds and clean. Area is quiet, easy walk to food and casinos. They give you a $5 coupon for Denny's. Food was ok, super expensive.

The property on the outside isn't anything to rave about, but the staff was polite and we had a quick check in to our rooms. The rooms were very nice and clean, and it was clear that they take pride in that.

Check in is 3:00. We got there about 3:30, and room was not ready. Front desk lady said it would be an hour wait. She said we could take another room, but when we looked at it, it was super small in a corner, with view of a dirty alley way. She said there was a king upstairs, so we said ok. Well, expedia was charging us double if we took that room. Front desk lady was really rude about it too. We ended up with a another really yiny room, just ok. Wont be going back!!

Check in is not at the front desk of the motel and you will have to go to the casino; stuff there are really friendly and they offer free drink and coupons at Denny's for hotel guest; room is okay but definietly what you would expect for a 2-star motel, nothing fancy and facilities are old but funtionable. I do see some dirts at the cornors, both at the bedroom and the bathroom. Overall, not a terrible place for a 1 night stay at Ely, but probably won't recommend for long term stay.

The front desk clerk was friendly She greeted us with a smile and a nice hello. Everything worked in the room. The beds were clean and cozy and the room was adequate It serves its purpose and i did feel comfortable in the area as qell as the establishment. Almost everything is within walking distance. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

The property is very nice, especially for the cost. While they are pet friendly, there are limited places for the dog to go in close proximity to the hotel, so that is truly the only negative. Staff is very sweet and helpful.
