A large four bedroom period detached property is located in a quiet residential street, close to the centre of Emsworth, with safe off street parking for two cars so helps for a peaceful stay. A kitchen dinner connects to a large living room. There is also a large conservatory which opens out to a private patio and garden to the rear of the house. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Emsworth has lots of Great Pubs , restaurants, and take away shops - all walkable from the property. It also has a Co-op and Tesco Express.
My home is in central Emsworth, a beautiful coastal town, not far from Chichester. The house is walking distance from the town centre, as well as for walking around the water front. Only 10 minutes walk to the train station making it very convenient for getting to Chichester or Portsmouth in no time at all.
