This hotel has some of the best views of the ocean. You could see sunset from the balcony if the sky is clear. Clean rooms, nice breakfast, pool, gym, they got everything. I enjoyed staying at this hotel.

The view from our balcony was very nice. The problem occurs when the commuter train goes past the hotel. We lasted 3 nights but were woken up at 3:00 am with loud blasts from trains horn several nights. It was terrible, it’s understandable during the day but you are not able to sleep at night. The hotel would not work with Expedia on a refund as the manager is not on site or available. They told us at the front desk to dispute it with our credit card company as they are aware of this train problem and the manager refuses to del with it.

During my stay, I encountered the following problems: A persistent foul odor coming from the bathroom shower drain, which made the room uncomfortable. Sand present in the hot tub, indicating a lack of proper cleaning and maintenance. No towels available at the pool area, which was extremely inconvenient and not in line with the level of service expected.

The staff was very unpleasant. I won't recommend it to anyone. We got harassed by the staff before even checking in with our girl's softball team for a tournament. It just got worse from there they continued to harass us all evening threatening to call the cops and making the girls cry. This place is incredibly loud and there is a loud echo down the whole property which we kept getting in trouble for meanwhile the next night there is loud music playing until 2 in the morning and the staff wouldn't do anything about it which pissed us off because we kept getting harasses about Children having a good time. Absolutely a miserable experience

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was nice. Nice view, big balcony, easy parking. The walls/ceiling are thin - people walking by, stomping upstairs all night (not the hotel's fault I know). We were also by the pool, which was noisy. It seems like there are a lot of restaurants nearby - but it is deceptive, because you need to walk down a big hill and back up later. Breakfast was ok, not great.

I booked this hotel last-minute due to unexpected travel changes and relied on the photos and reviews available on Hotels.com to make a quick decision. Unfortunately, the property did not meet expectations. The nightly rate was significantly elevated due to the timing, which only added to the disappointment upon arrival. The hotel does not resemble the photos shown online—either the images are outdated or heavily enhanced. The room was noticeably worn, with furnishings and finishes in need of serious updating. Most concerning was the state of the bathroom, which was not clean upon check-in. Overall, the experience was quite negative, and I feel the rating currently displayed (8.0) does not accurately reflect the condition or quality of this hotel. I would advise future guests to be cautious and consider alternative options if expecting a modern or well-maintained stay.
