We were there for a hunting trip. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Whenever we needed some supplies they got them for us right away. The restaurant on the property was good and convenient.
Very dark with plywood covering the windows and a heavy odor of mold. Ended up just taking the loss and leaving midway through the reservation just to get out.
It had a low pile shag rug that wasn't very clean. A lot of dust. The bed didn't fit on the frame right and had three pieces of metal hanging out one side. Two little sleeping pillows. The heater didn't work and when we got there, the room was extremely cold. They had one space heater and then brought another one. There was absolutely no sound proofing between the unit next door. We could hear the woman on the other end of his phone call, who he talked to for over three hours. I finally used just the fan on one heater to give us some white noise.
Check in was quick and simple. The room was very rustic and in need of some improvements. The refrigerator was going off and on all night as was the heater which was annoying. Ennis is a great town but there are few hotels to choose from. The bar was fun and the girls working there were great!
Older cabins with low ceilings. Tiny bathroom, hardly a place to set your toothbrush. No breakfast included. Wife didnât even want to stay there; fortunately, we had an alternative so we didnât have to. We wouldnât book rooms there again.
There were dead bugs stuck to the ceiling. I needed breakfast but the restaurant must have late opening hours on Saturday. It was fine to stay the one night. Comfy bed.
