Clean and functional hotel in the city centre

Pros: Location
Cons: Staff service and interaction
Location: There are many restaurants and cafes near the hotel catering to a variety of food prefrences. The Enchede central station is literally a 2 minute walk
The hotel is located in the heart of the city and 2 mins walk to the main station, making it very convenient. We were there for the Womens Euro finals and the fan zone was just outside the hotel, which greatly added to the experience. The room was clean, had all basic amenities and comfortable. We did not use the restaurant, bar or breakfast service so can't comment on that. The staff were overall polite but not overly helpful or going the extra mile which we had become used to experiencing everywhere in Netherlands. The check-in clerk was to the point but he didn't give us the free city ticket that was supposedly a part of the "hotel experience". It didn't matter to us as we were not going to use it but it seems like anything that is a service meant for guests should at least be offered to them. Overall a decent experinece and woukd recommend the hotel for staying. Hopefully the staff can be more friendly to future guests.

The staff was really caring and the check-in went smooth and responsive. The heating the room did not work, so it was freezing and the bathroom was not really very clean compared to what I already know as InterCity standard

Das schöne ist das die unterkunft zentral 200meter von der stadt wntfeent ist alles drumherum gegenpber direkt der bahnhof. Alles tip top. Trotz das es im zentrum ist die unterkunft ist es abends schön ruhig. Wenn ich wieder in enschede bin für paar tage dann nur dieses hotel.

Bonuksena rautatieaseman vieressä

Pros: Keskeisellä paikalla, rauhallinen, loistavat näköalat.
Hyvä hotelli keskellä kaupunkia. Keskeisestä paikasta huolimatta hiljainen.

Wedding

Pros: Staff
Cons: Laundry service at the week end was missing
Location: in the middle of the center. easy to walk everywhere and railway station just few minutes from the hotel
The staff is absolutely phantastic - they helped us in any situation with a welcoming, warm smile on their faces. I really enjoyed the fact, that the hotel was located in the middle of the center - however, still very quiet. The rooms were nicely furnished and clean. I can recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting.
