The only thing I want to say about this stay is that one of the main reasons I decided to book it was because of the rooms and the pool. There was a yakuze that didn’t work which was fine but the pool was so freezing cold we could only enjoy it once on the first day only for a few minutes. When I brought up the complaint they would tell us that they were going to send someone to fix the heater but it was all a lie. They are very communicative until you have an issue then they will ghost you. Overall, the spot was nice and the host “Wilson” was extremely nice and attentive which made the stay a lot better. However, for the price paid, months of planning to finally travel and arrive in Colombia for the pool to not be working properly made me want to give this a 2 star. The fact that I brought the issue up multiple times and they decided to just ignore me felt like I got robbed for my money. If you’re looking to stay without caring about the pool I will absolutely recommend!

The property was ok. Beautiful house but a bit run down. Not enough utensils in the kitchen for cooking and eating. The swimming pool is amazing, clean and heated. The dry sauna works well. The wet sauna does not work and the jacuzzi is not operable. The garden is one of the best features, it felt like paradise. It is a great place for a quiet family stay. Housy Host's best asset is Wilson, the person that takes care of the space while you are there. He is very attentive, while giving you all the privacy you need. I would come back if I knew he is still working there. He really made our stay amazing.
