Ideal home base

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Grandview Hideaway. All the rooms in this lovely apartment were large, comfortable, and clean with a ton of natural light. We also appreciated the complimentary snacks left by our host in our well-appointed kitchen. The view from our front porch was gorgeous, especially the sunsets. This was a great location for accessing Boulder hiking trails in minutes, and heading to explore other parts of the Front Range. There was also a hiking/biking path right outside our door. We look forward to staying here again!

We were in Colorado for a wedding and to visit friends. The unit was spotless and completely furnished with everything that we could possibly need. Terrific views from the deck of the mountains, quiet pleasant neighborhood, walking trail just outside the back door and a perfect central location. What else could we want? We’ll be back!

Perfect Erie Stay

The home is a well maintained, well supplied lovely spot to enjoy sweeping views and the Erie Boulder area. I went to celebrare my grandson’s 10th birthday and it was the perfect apot for my visit.

The apartment is set in a safe, clean, suburban location, overlooking The Rocky Mountains. The overall exterior and interior was clean, bright and up to date with well designed kitchen and bathroom. Pull out couch and bed were comfortable. Deck with table and chairs with impressive views of the mountains with access to hard top trails. I feel Dan made every effort plus to provide guest with a comfortable stay.

Really Great!

We were a bit hesitant about staying in a walk-out basement apartment, but this property couldn’t have been better! It’s like staying in a little boutique apartment, nicely appointed and with all the comforts of home. There’s a patio where you can sit and enjoy a spectacular view of the mountains! Will definitely book again!

Beautiful, spotless, picturesque

My husband and I loved staying here! It is seriously the most spotless and thoughtfully appointed VRBO properties I've ever stayed in. The view of the Rockies from the back porch is unbelievable and if you rent a car for your visit, it's simple to get to Boulder and then come back for a quiet, relaxing stay. Would absolutely recommend if you're visiting the Boulder area!

Amazing stay for a family vacation

We absolutely LOVED this property! It was in the perfect little town of Erie and a great central location to Boulder, Denver, and Estes Park. The home was designed beautifully and we loved relaxing on the porch to watch sunrises and sunsets. Daniel was so responsive and even let us check-in early so that our daughter could take a nap. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone!!

Perfect Apartment

We were in town for a family wedding and this was close to the activities. What a great experience we had. Furniture and bed were very comfortable. The patio was perfect for morning coffee and relaxation. We almost booked a hotel and I’m so glad we didn’t. This was perfect for when we needed to take a break from the wedding activities and just relax. Also, it was very private. Great host and will book again if we visit again and need a good place to stay.

Awesome Experience

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights and it was the best decision of the trip! The location to the airport and things we wanted to do was so convenient and the town of Erie was adorable! The place was very well kept and gave us a quiet place to recharge after hikes to get ready for the next one. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone as it was excellent! The host was available and very accommodating! We definitely will be back!

Very Relaxing Stay

This property is one of the best we have stayed at. The owners have decorated this cute little hideaway in the most soothing style and have spared nothing in providing for a comfortable stay. Coffee, snacks, a stunning view and amazingly clean top to bottom. A great location to explore Colorado from Denver, to Boulder and Rocky Mountain National Park to Brekenridge. We will definitely stay here again in the future!
