Definitely worth checking out.

Employees extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel dated, but budget friendly. Breakfast was decent. Hotel is connected to other hotels as well as a restaurant and an indoor (separate pay option),from the hotel price. Definitely worth stay.

We had an amazing stay at Hawthorne suites motel we lived the way the room was set up like a lil apt all you needed to do was bring your own food they provided you with everything u needed. We're staying there again in may for my son's birthday. Wonder experience the only thing I wish they had was fruit and pastry with the breakfast.

Went for a quick get-away for spring break. We did not want to utilize the attached indoor water park this visit so we loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Especially loved the fact it was basically empty until the water park closed. Went with a 12, 6, 4 and 2 year old and a 2 month old with 3 adults. The 2 bedroom suit with three beds, two baths, pull out sofa and kitchen was absolutely perfect. We previously stayed at a different attached hotel and will definitely be switching to this for future trips. Staff very friendly. Only slight negative was the breakfast area. Just oddly placed and cramped when busy.

Overall, the rooms and surrounding areas were very dirty and unkempt. The hotel needs a serious update. Everything in the rooms and public areas were very worn and damaged looking. The bathroom was dirty when we arrived. Pee was still in the toilet and hair was on the counter. Pool area was dirty, lots of hair in pool water, ants and garbage on tiles around pool. Hot tub was also broken, the heater was not working, they said it wouldn’t be working till Monday. Staff was friendly, however most were smoking right outside the main doors. We could smell weed through the halls as we walked to our room. Despite signing a waiver at check in that specified no smoking of any kind. We also had a Co2 alarm/ smoke detector that kept chirping very loudly. When someone was sent up after we called they said the system was wired in and they could do nothing other than check to make sure there was no Co2 in our room. We called prior to check in and requested a roll away bed, we were informed that we would have to request one at check in. Upon arrival we requested a bed and was told they would bring one up. It never arrived, we had to call and request one a second time. Which they finally sent up around 8pm. Despite being close to splash lagoon this hotel has very little going for it. I would not recommend staying here.

Rundown property

I wam disappointed in this hotel Furniture looks like it is ready to fall apart.No silverware in the kitchenette. I have afib, and didn't know that the tub was a hot tub. If you have a hot tub ,you should have a step stool to help.you get in and out. Breakfast was a joke. Tv guide in room must be old, because it didn't match up with channels.I won't be back
