Located just 250m from crystal-clear waters and 600m from the family-friendly Lepitsa sandy beach and beachfront restaurant, the villa is perfectly positioned for relaxation, swimming, and water sports in calm, shallow coves.

The upper level features a master ensuite bedroom with a sea-view veranda and an office that can host 2 guests.
