Fangen wir mal von Anfang an; Nach 7 Stundiger Fahrt kommst du an und willst um 03 Uhr Mitternacht einchecken und da triffst du auf jemand an, welche sich mit dem System nicht auskennt (angeblich Aushilfe) und eine Stunde lang versucht einzuchecken. Am Schluss nach Aufregungen hat sie uns einfach ein Zimmer gegeben und hat gesagt, wir sollten am nächsten Morgen zum Reception kommen wenn wir wach sind. Zudem wurde uns gesagt, dass die erste Nacht nicht bezahlt werden muss und nur die zweite. Als ich am nächsten Morgen zum Reception ging hat man versucht zu entschuldigen und gesagt, dass es um eine Aushilfe gehandelt hat. Okay gut, danache wird mitgeteilt, dass die „angeblich“ gratis Nacht doch einfach von der Kreditkarte belastet wurde. Ich habe zuerst nicht verstanden wie die das einfach abbuchen konnten. Riesen Kathasprohe in der Kommunikation. Ich werde nie mehr dort buchen.

Hallo Sharmi, wir bedanken uns bei Ihnen für Ihr ehrliches Feedback. Wir verstehen, dass Sie nach so einer langen Fahrt schnell ankommen wollen, normal dauert ein Check In bei uns nicht so lang. Wir haben umgehend mit der Dame des Abends gesprochen und werden alles dafür tun, dass dies so nicht noch einmal vorkommt. Die Gratis Nacht war jedoch ein Missverständnis, denn die Dame ist leider nicht in der Position dies zu entscheiden. Wir entschuldigen vielmals dieses Missverständnis. Die Kollegin am Morgen hat Ihnen das Frühstück und den Parkplatz als Entschädigung gegeben und wir haben versucht Ihnen den Aufenthalt hier bei uns trotz der anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Kommen Sie doch gerne wieder und wir überzeugen Sie davon wie schön es bei uns ist. Liebe Grüße
