Cabin was a clean older cabin. But there was only four Keurig pods for the both of us for three mornings. They said in the description if you needed more you would have to bring your own. CHEAP! I told the host our smoke alarm needed a new battery as the test button was not working. He answered with, â why, do you think the cabin is going to burn down?â I wish I wouldâve thought to reply, âit doesnât matter as itâs the law to have working smoke alarmsâ. He immediately fetched a new 9volt from the office. On the second morning it was still cold at 61 degrees and the thermostat was flashing âreplace batteriesâ. About 9:00 am I called and left a message explaining such. Early afternoon the hostess tried to walk by without even greeting me (I was right in front on the deck). After she was by I asked her if they had got my message. She said yes but they were busy with a chamber meeting at their restaurant/tavern and he would bring new batteries. About five oâclock he walked up to the deck with the batteries, handed them to me and said he had eight cabins to maintain ya know. Bad attitude - wonât stay there again or recommend it.
