We enjoyed our stay.
Pros: location for hiking, view of the mountains (as pictured)
Lodging is pricey, so we had to compromise on some things. We like to cook, so we always try to get a kitchen on vacation. When we went grocery shopping, we forgot and/or didn’t realize we only had a half kitchen (no oven and no freezer). So we got ice cream that half melted (even though we put the fridge temp as cold as it would go) and we had to make pizza in a frying pan. There were only 3 full-size plates, which was not enough to make cooking go smoothly, and no Tupperware for storing leftovers. There is only a half-size trash can in the kitchen, which was also a little inconvenient (meant emptying the trash twice as often). There are foldable T.V. trays which were very much appreciated for eating. (since there is no table). Plates, Tupperware, and trash can would all be easy improvements for the management company to make.
There is a hair dryer. Sample shampoo, conditioner, body wash & lotion provided.
22 steps up to the door, and some were a little icy when we arrived, so that may be something to consider in winter.
The thermostat is not accurate. We kept it on 64, and we were hot at night.
Bedding was comfortable & shower adequate (baths are not my thing, but there is a big tub).
The bedroom carpet is a little worn.
So, this is not high-end luxury, but it is middle-of-the road comfortable.& clean, with a few things missing, and a few nice touches.
