The hotel is conveniently located near the National Park, as well as restaurants and grocery shopping. The hotel staff was super friendly and very accommodating to our needs. When there was a cancellation mix-up, Andrea was kind enough to call us while we were in the park and clear it up, rather than assuming we cancelled. I would highly recommend the Saddle and Surrey to anyone looking for a visiting the National Park who is visiting the area.
We went here for our 25th anniversary had great time wonderful stay staff was very friendly told them it was our anniversary and they updated our room.
Great, family-friendly motel. The kitchenette was excellent to be able to use and they have a new playground for the kiddos, which my son loved! A quick drive to shopping/groceries and to Rocky Mountain NP. Estes Park is a very nice town!
Saddle and Surrey did not have a room with a kitchen reserved for us the first night of our stay. They said they were not aware that this is what was requested. They said this sometimes happens when customers book through hotels.com. They got us a room with a kitchen for the next night for a small upcharge.
Hotel is dated, but that's part of the charm. Comfortable, convienant location, quiet. Everything we needed while exploring Rocky Mountain National Park.
The staff is great, very personable. The hotel is older and the rooms a bit outdated but comfortable and clean. There is a small continental breakfast in the lobby. We used the pool which was clean and had some nice chairs. Also has a hot tub. We would stay again. We were there on the 4th of July and the price was less expensive than most other places. Good value.
We enjoyed our stay at this property. Charming room with everything you would need for a short stay. Staff at lobby were excellent. Room was available early. Should the opportunity arise, would book at this property without hesitation.
