Dreamy space and community!

My husband, 3 boys and I LOVED staying in this gorgeous space! It had everything we needed and was just a delight to stay in. Carlton Landing is such a fun place to visit… lots to do, all within walking distance. Highly recommend!

The set up is perfect for easy parking, renting a golf cart, and the interior design is impressive. Our 2 year old could not get enough of the bunk room. The host was also quick to respond to any questions. We would certainly recommend a stay here.

The girls loved the spacious bunk room, baking cookies in the kitchen, and late night karaoking in the LR (while I caught up to a book in the Master). All 5 stars for the Brooksider!

I am a cook, and it had just about everything I needed in the kitchen. All kinds of appliances and utensils. The apartment also smelled clean but not in an artificial kind of way (plug ins immediately give me a headache). The sheets were COTTON!!! Mattresses were comfortable and firm. The washer and dryer were efficient and worked well. Very clean, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

the house was beautiful! we caught our vacation at the end of the season unfortunately. the food trucks were closed for the season, and the pizza shop had super limited hours. the meeting house was the only restaurant open during the week.the master bed wasn’t the most comfortable. the kitchen was beautiful and had everything needed to cook meals at home. carlton landing is so beautiful and the lake is stunning. they did let us check in early which was amazing! the property management (lake stay) was very hard to get in touch with, they never answer the phone, and most communication was done via email. there was only one phone number I could come into contact with and it was a personal cell phone, which they instructed me to use the lake stay phone number. I would have if they answered!overall such a fun trip! can’t wait to go back!

The only thing that I did not like was the stair climb to get to the apartment. That should be mentioned and stressed in the listing. Having just had surgery, I came to relax. Climbing all those stairs and carrying all the luggage, groceries, etc., was exhausting.
