The mattress is too big for the mattress cover and fitted sheet. They both pulled away from the mattress and left the mattress exposed. We had to go the desk and ask for a box of tissue.

The smoke detector in our room chirped all night which didn’t allow me to sleep. I brought the issue up to the front desk prior to trying to sleep. They told me that they could not do anything about it. The staff was extremely rude about this issue. They told me I could leave if the chirping bothered me. This was not an acceptable solution as we travelled 4 hours for a football game and all the other hotels were sold out. In addition it is also state code to have a working and fully functioning smoke detector in a hotel room.

The staff was amazing. The entire stay was not so great due to the fact I'm disabled , I had y daughter with me and my service dog. The deadbolt on door was broken, I wasn't told when booking that the hotel was under massive renovations. The elevator was broken for a bit. It just wasn't right. I'd love to come try again, but I'm on disability and can't afford t right now. My best friend had passed away so I needed this getaway. However it wasn't too relaxing. Again, the staff was amazing though. Sorry for the truthful review.
