Everything about the stay was great - except for the $20/night parking charge. That is outrageous given the location. The hotel is located in a shopping area in Eugene, OR - what could possibly warrant this high a parking fee? The hotel itself is quite nice - very clean, quiet, convenient. The staff are very friendly and helpful and breakfast was quite good, with lots of options.

Didn’t like that an outside cleaning service crew was cleaning the outside of the oakway center and started at 5:30 a.m. this past Thursday. I realize that’s not your fault.

Staff was fabulous. Car parking fee is ridiculous given that it’s at a free garage for the shopping area - pet fee is $75 highest I’ve ever experienced. Breakfast just ok.

We enjoy the shopping, dining safe area that we can walk around. We are from California and travel to Washington to visit our Daughter. This is a good place to stop and relax after a long day of travel. Your staff has great customer service. We enjoy the workout room but were disappointed the pool and jacuzzi were not available.
